Position Overview

A federal human capital program is standing up a full HR support team, and we are identifying the Program Manager who will run it. This is a fully remote role, open to candidates anywhere in the United States.

You would own delivery across a multi-task HR services contract covering staffing, classification, benefits, payroll processing, workforce relations, and strategic human capital consulting. You are the single point of accountability to the government customer and the person the delivery team escalates to.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate day to day operations across all task areas of the program
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the government customer, including reporting cadence and availability requirements
• Formulate program policies and standard operating procedures
• Plan the use of staff and resources across task areas and adjust as workload shifts
• Track and report on deliverables, performance metrics, and quality
• Manage staffing levels, onboarding, and performance across the delivery team

Qualifications

• Program or project management experience on a federal services contract
• Background in federal human capital, HR shared services, or HR service delivery
• Experience managing a distributed delivery team
• Comfort owning a government customer relationship directly
• PMP or equivalent is welcome but not required
• Must hold a public trust or be able to obtain one

This position is fully remote. Candidates may be located anywhere in the United States.
