Position Overview

A federal human capital program is building a recruitment and staffing team. This is a fully remote role, open to candidates anywhere in the United States.

You would run full cycle federal hiring actions, from job analysis through certificate issuance, working independently on standard cases.

Responsibilities

• Execute full cycle federal hiring actions under merit promotion, delegated examining, and direct hire authorities
• Conduct job analysis and build assessment questionnaires
• Build and post vacancy announcements in USA Staffing
• Rate and rank applicants and issue certificates
• Adjudicate veterans preference
• Consult with hiring managers on strategy and timelines

Qualifications

• 4 to 10 years of federal staffing and recruitment experience
• Active or expired Delegated Examining Unit certification
• Delegated examining, merit promotion, or direct hire authority experience
• USA Staffing and USAJOBS
• Job analysis and assessment development
• Veterans preference adjudication
• Must hold a public trust or be able to obtain one

Degree requirements are flexible. Depth of federal staffing experience matters more than the credential.

This position is fully remote. Candidates may be located anywhere in the United States.
