Position Overview

A federal human capital program needs senior HR consultants to advise leadership on workforce strategy. This is a fully remote role, open to candidates anywhere in the United States.

You would sit at the strategy end of federal HR, working on policy, workforce planning, and the questions leadership has not figured out yet.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leadership on human capital strategy and workforce planning
• Analyze and interpret federal HR policy and assess operational impact
• Evaluate programs and recommend improvements
• Prepare and deliver executive briefings
• Support change management across a headquarters organization
• Develop human capital metrics and reporting

Qualifications

• 10 or more years of federal HR experience
• Workforce planning and human capital strategy
• Policy analysis and interpretation
• Program evaluation
• Executive briefing experience
• Must hold a public trust or be able to obtain one

Degree requirements are flexible. Depth of federal HR experience matters more than the credential.

This position is fully remote. Candidates may be located anywhere in the United States.
