• Aim for a 30% increase in system efficiency by optimizing server configurations and backend processes over the first 12 months.
• Collaborate actively with frontend developers to implement APIs that power seamless user interfaces and deliver an engaging user experience.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide their development through active knowledge sharing and coaching.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring peak output and delivering solutions ahead of schedule.

Essential Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development with a focus on scalable server technologies.
• Proven expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
