Procurement Specialist

Position overview

A fast moving, short runway contract opportunity for a procurement specialist ready to drive a Q4 renewal cycle across multiple spend categories. This is a hands on role for someone who can ramp quickly and work independently from day one.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally across departments to gather renewal requirements and confirm scope for upcoming contracts.
• Lead vendor conversations on pricing and standard contract terms, keeping renewals on schedule through Q4.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to flag changes in scope, cost, or risk.
• Route renewals through the procurement process.

Qualifications

• Procurement or vendor management experience, ideally with renewal cycles.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills.
• Comfort negotiating standard terms directly with vendors.
• Comfort working quickly and efficiently, including with AI tools.
• Experience with Zip.
