Position Overview

A federal human capital program is building a benefits and retirement team. This is a fully remote role, open to candidates anywhere in the United States.

You would handle retirement estimates and benefits counseling for federal employees, working independently on standard cases.

Responsibilities

• Prepare retirement estimates under FERS and CSRS
• Counsel employees on retirement, health, life insurance, and TSP
• Review OPFs and eOPFs for service history and creditable service
• Process benefits elections and life event changes
• Support retirement seminars and pre retirement briefings
• Respond to employee benefits inquiries

Qualifications

• 4 to 10 years of federal benefits or retirement experience
• FERS and CSRS working knowledge
• Retirement estimate preparation
• Benefits counseling
• OPF and eOPF review
• Must hold a public trust or be able to obtain one

Degree requirements are flexible. Depth of federal benefits experience matters more than the credential.

This position is fully remote. Candidates may be located anywhere in the United States.
