Position Overview
A federal human capital program needs a senior analyst to turn workforce data into decisions. This is a fully remote role, open to candidates anywhere in the United States.
You would build the models and reporting that tell leadership what the workforce actually looks like and where it is heading.
Responsibilities
- Analyze workforce data and build human capital metrics
- Develop dashboards and recurring reporting
- Apply quantitative methods to workforce and staffing questions
- Support program evaluation with data
- Prepare analytical products for executive audiences
- Ensure data quality across HR systems
Qualifications
- 10 or more years of analytical experience, ideally in a federal human capital setting
- Workforce analytics and human capital metrics
- Dashboard and reporting development
- Strong Excel plus at least one of Tableau, Power BI, SQL, R, or Python
- Comfort presenting findings to senior leadership
- Must hold a public trust or be able to obtain one
Degree requirements are flexible. Demonstrated analytical work matters more than the credential.
This position is fully remote. Candidates may be located anywhere in the United States.
